Welcome to Gluten Free and Still Eating

After going gluten free October 29th 2009 the search was on for anything and everything gluten free. Hours of reading blogs, reviews, articles and even Yahoo!Answers has led me to find a wide selection of things gluten free. I've decided to create this blog to help other people find out about the amazing products I have stumbled upon. I am also open for your reviews of a product, restaurant, hotel/resort or suggestions to something new! I'm sure there are thousands of products that are out there, waiting to be discovered!


















Recipes

Chocolate Pie

1/2 package Kinnikinnick S'moreables (or the entire package if you omit the nuts)
small handful walnuts
small handfull almonds
1/3 cup butter or margarine softened
2 tbsp sugar (try palm sugar for something different)
1 package Chocolate Pudding mix

Mix graham crackers with nuts in a blender until desired texture is reached.  Add butter and sugar to graham mix, stir or blend together with your hands.  Press mixture into pie plate.
Bake pie shell at 350F for 6-8 minutes. 
While pie is baking, make package of pudding, follow directions from the pudding box. 

Allow pie to set overnight in the fridge, 24 hours is best.
